WOW. Never again.
2.0Checked in to a room with no bed and a disgusting carpet, human error was the answer. Checked in to a second room. Look at the walls. No restaurant for food. We laid our staff off for COVID and we have not started then again. After a 14 hour day this is exactly what you need. NEVER AGAIN. complaint sent to customer services and their reply was almost oh well. You could have gone out for food.

8.0Friendly young mn checked me in. Clean and tidy , nice comfortable bed. Everything very good. Bar was closed by the time i checked in although it was fairly late by that time. would stay again here .

10.0Recently stayed at this hotel as we were attending the races and concert nearby, we were a bit dubious about staying here as we had read bad reviews, but we both had an amazing experience, all staff were friendly and helpful, check in was quick and easy and the rooms were spacious and modern. We will definitely be stopping here again if we ever come back to Doncaster in the future
Terrible condition and need of a revamp!
4.0Booked for a weekend away for concerts and racing. The name of the hotel sounds very upmarket but don’t be fooled. Not cheap and the room was very disappointing! Cracked wash basin held together with glue (?), disgusting brown stains in the toilet and stains in the shower cubicle. Hairdryer not working. The overall appearance of the hotel is that it needs a good clean and revamp! On a positive note the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Terrible hotel room
2.0Literally broken sink. Wallpaper peeling off. Booked and charged for breakfast but was told no breakfast being served. Waiting for refund. Very unhappy because we booked especially for this. Pictures taken. Would like an investigation and at least some compensation.
