Номера требуют ремонта, улучшить завтраки, одно и то же на протяжении всей недели, еда невкусная, ни разу не было рыбы,

− Не работал кондиционер, дул горячим воздухом! Это никак не исправили! у бассейна плесень в решетках , сауна не работает, убирают так себе, душ протекает, двери все скрипят, входная просто сходила с петель. Завтрак однообразный, обычный шведский, кажется что выбор есть, но его нет, однообразно, не вкусно. Ночью слышны шумы на улице, всю 23:0 до 2:0 шумели-песни барабаны, крики. Расположение хорошее. Шел ремонт во время нашего пребывания.

− Öncelikle asansör bozuk asansörde kaldık çıkınca bir yetkili gelipde ilgilenmedi birkişi bile gelipde geçmişolsun birsorun varmı diye soran bile olmadı halkla ilişkilerde oturan bayan bizi gördüğü halde görmezden geldi ilgi alaka sıfır .hergün aynı kahvaltı odalar bakımsız odaya girdiğimiz gün böcekle karşılaştık.klima çalışmıyor.televizyon bozuldu sagolsunlar onu hemen değiştirdiler doğruya doğru demek lazım.
Never Book this Hotel, Very Bad Experience, Is this 4 Star Hotel?!!!!
1.0Very Bad, Nothing at all. Honestly I am wondering how this property got high rate in Booking.com. with this I think I can't trust booking.com also next time. This property was not4 star at all, it was lower than 3 star even. I have several reasons for saying this, from the facility, cleanliness, staff, and many more. I would like to raise a complain on this.
− I am wondering jow no one checks the facility, how this property can be 4 star. Facility was very bad, wall were damaged, Roofs were falling down, from 2 elevators 1 was always not working. no one except the reception in the hotel was not talking any other language except Turkish even room service. If you needed help no one was understanding you to help except reception and they said it's not their job contact room service. Very Very Very bad experience
