− el aire acondicionado no termina de enfriar bien la habitación. no tenia nevera, y no vinieron a hacer la cama y limpiar durante los dos dias que me aloje.

− Chambre 302 : Chambre petite une fois le canapé déplié (pour une chambre familiale!) Fenêtre très très sale. Robinetterie qui fuit dans la douche et parois de douche pas étanche (joints bon à changer) Moquette au sol Meuble déco ancien pas au goût du jour. Pas parking Moyen pour 189 € la nuit

Leur sens de l'écoute, leur disponibilité et leur réactivité ont grandement contribué à rendre chaque échange agréable et efficace. Ils prennent toujours le temps de répondre aux demandes avec le sourire, bienveillance et attention, tout en apportant des solutions rapides lorsque cela est nécessaire. Leur engagement quotidien et leur attitude positive font véritablement la différence et reflètent une excellente image de l'entreprise. 6.0Location is near Arc de Trimble
− First the location is under the bridge so no clear entrance for the hotel second the front desk female employee act like we are beggar not guests I told her I lost my wallet with all card and that’s exactly what happened she refused to help me and she ask her colleague julian to do my case and he was more gentle than her , she also refused to open the park door for me , the room wasn’t clean there were bags I was bitten in my arm and legs ,, there was no fridge in the room and there are no lagging services I will never book or recommend this place to anyone .
