8.0Clearly improved facilities over the past few years (rooms renovated, better maintenance of common areas, and very good platforms on the sea). What is not at the same level of the competitors: 1. Gym: it is not a gym 2. Improved shows, but still far from competitors
Okay but tired accommodation and service issues
6.0Accommodation pretty basic for money paid. Customer experience also could be better with drinks only available in small plastic disposable cups rather than glasses. Food okay but quite repetitive. Areas of site need repairs such as dangerous wooded slatted walkways into accommodation blocks. Entertainment was same one guy signing covers each night.
Schöne Anlage, weitläufig, super Buffet aber nix von Nachhaltigkeit gehört.
7.0Das Areal war sehr gross, die Gäste konnten sich gut verteilen. Es gab auch immer genügend Liegestühle, sowohl am Pool als auch am Strand (das Hotel war ausgebucht). Das Buffet war hervorragend und am Abend auch sehr abwechslungsreich. Leider ist der Strand weit entfernt, entweder läuft man 10-15 Minuten oder nimmt die regelmässig fahrende Fahrunterstützung (wenn nicht gerade Mittagspause ist…). Auch unser Zimmre war sehr geräumig, es hatte genug Stauraum. Allerdings hat die Balkontüre extrem geklemmt.
− Für ein 4Stern-Hotel reicht es meiner Meinung nicht. Für die Badetücher hinterlegt man 10 Euro Depot, für deren Reinigung muss 2 Euro bezahlt werden und was noch viel störender war, sind die elenden Plastik- und Pappbecher, die einem auch in den Restaurants gereicht wurden. Der Wein war in Gläsern, auch Cappuccino kam im Glas, Espresso, Mineral und Bier war alles in Plastik oder Pappbechern. Extrem, was da an Abfall generiert wird. Am Pool ist es verständlich, dass kein Glas im Einsatz ist, beim Essen im Restaurant aber nicht. Wasserflaschen gabs im Zimmer nur als Welcome (wie auch eine Prosecco-Flasche!), danach allerdings nicht mehr. Wenn man nicht All-in gebucht hat (konnte ich gar nicht via Booking auswählen) bezahlt man dafür. Auch im Shop konnte man keine grossen Wasserflaschen kaufen. Das Fitness-Center öffnet erst ab 10 Uhr - und gefunden haben wir es trotz Beschilderung die ganzen Tage nicht (wir haben aber auch nicht gefragt). Im Hotel selber mussten wir dann auch gleich pro Person noch die PFLICHT-Taxe von 50 Franken pro Person zahlen für die Nutzung aller Angebote - egal ob man sie nutzt oder nicht (das ist nicht die Kurtaxe). Das hab ich zumindest so nicht in Booking gesehen. Das Personal wirkte extrem unmotiviert, teilweise sogar absolut inkompetent und frech.

9.0ottima pizza. splendido posto ....natura incontaminata per certi versi... (verde molto curato, farfalle coloratissime svolazzanti, uccelli di varia grandezza e tipologia che volavano indisturbati... molto carini e coinvolgenti gli spettacoli serali. da ritornarci.
− La cucina purtroppo poco tollerata dal mio stomaco. La serata discoteca ha chiuso troppo presto (mezzanotte), mentre nel terrazzo ancora si continuava a suonare.
Un paradiso siciliano!
8.0Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza al VOI Arenella Resort e siamo stati davvero bene. La struttura è molto bella, immersa nel verde, e il mare è cristallino. Si mangia molto bene, con tanta scelta e piatti di qualità. Abbiamo condiviso alcune piccolezze che potrebbero essere migliorate, accolte con grande disponibilità dal management, che siamo certi sia già al lavoro per intervenire. Grazie a tutto lo staff per la splendida vacanza!
− Non ci e' piaciuto che il servizio navetta per la spiaggia fosse interrotto dall 1 alle 3 del pomeriggio. Un servizio continuo sarebbe stato ottimo.
