2.0Poor customer service .. injury caused by nail in hotel floor .. stains on linen urine like in appearance … toilet didn’t not flush bought a plunger… refrigerator did not work lost food…ceiling in lobby caving in…room not cleaned or restocked at check in
Stay somewhere else!!!
2.0Wires hanging where smoke detectors should be!!! Holes in the wall with paper stuffed in them. Did not seep safe and was denied refund. Save your time and money and stay down the road

6.0I don’t care to arrive at a hotel and be asked to pay an incidental (security) deposit. The clerk wanted to charge an additional $100 to my card and when I refused she wanted cash and said $50 or $60 will do. I said security deposit because the next morning I didn’t get my cash deposit back until the clerk went to my room to inspect it. Also, I don’t care to arrive at a hotel and gave to wait 15 minutes on the desk clerk to show up.

10.0The beds were very comfortable. The entire hotel smelled very fresh and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.
