We stayed at Paradise resort for a week and really enjoyed it. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of options, and everything we tried was pretty good. We're big Starbucks fans, so it was a nice bonus to have Starbucks coffee available right by the lobby. Overall, it was a chill and comfortable stay. Definitely come back in high season.

Relax straight on the beach

We had an incredible stay at Koh Chang Paradise Resort & Spa, staying in Beachfront Pool Villa 403. The villa was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with our own private pool adding an extra touch of luxury and relaxation. We loved the direct access to the beach, and the resort’s water park was an absolute highlight—great fun for both adults and kids. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Highly recommend Beachfront Pool Villa 403 for anyone looking for a comfortable, private, and enjoyable vacation experience in Koh Chang!

A Great stay - fully relaxing and chilled

We had a wonderful time at Koh Chang Paradise and would recommend - the staff are really kind, particularly at front desk and the beach restaurant, friendly, helpful and sweet. The team were super kind to our daughter on her birthday with a surprise cake. Food is very decent we enjoyed the fresh bbq food and classic Thai dishes. Some Thai food is catered to western tastes so isn’t as good as other places lacking spice. Pizza is pretty good! The breakfast also great with a really wide variety and friendly team. Our room was lovely we stayed in a newer deluxe bungalow and couldn’t fault it, very comfy bed, good shower, nice bath for kid. The beach is lovely, calm waters, lots of shade, very clean. The water park is fun, for bigger kids - the slides are all quite big/scary and not suitable for under perhaps 10y/o. Although would say the pool you land in is not deep enough! Good kids indoor play area too for some cooler playtime for up to 5/6 years. Great massage on the beach. Grounds are well maintained & clean but overall a little bit dated and could do with a refresh. My only negatives would be the condition of the pool - it’s clean, but needs maintenance - there’s lots of missing tiles, and it needs generally updating. The sun loungers are super comfortable but a little bit dirty cushions and the 1 towel per person given aren’t big enough to cover them properly. I would update new towels and offer a towel station at the pool as we had in our other two hotels in Thailand of a similar price per night. Shout out to the fire show - the best on the beach, this was a highlight for kids and adults alike.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel, but only if you are in the new updated rooms, was in an older villa and was very dated, managed to pay extra for an upgrade. All villas are a couple of minutes to the beach, beach it’s self was nice, clean and swimmable. Could do with a few more sunbeds. Breakfast was ok. Would recommend as hotel is right on the beach.

Nice place, good location, perfect beach

We will come back for sure, the room is very good, the food is good, especially the beach is the best very nice and peaceful not too much people, no storm, suitable for kids and we have space to relax on the beach. The staff everyone is very helpful, friendly and nice to us. We were here on Songkran festival and It was raining only one day and the rest weather was super. Definitely recommend there are so much activities to do such as kids club, water park, fitness and also the wonderful fire show in the evening. Good location, can only walk to shops, supermarket, phamacy and we just walked to tried Roti like a pancake with banana and Nutella, children very like it. We love this place will come back next time.

Lovely hotel

Had a fantastic stay at Paradise Resort! The location was stunning, with a beach that was perfect for relaxation and swimming. The water park was a highlight of our visit—loads of fun with great slides and pools, ideal for both adults and kids. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable beach vacation on Koh Chang!!
