Horrible. Will never stay here again.

Location was good. It was close to everything.

− Room was dirty and had a terrible smell. Upon further inspection there were ants crawling all over the desk and curtains, which got on our belongings. Add to that, the elevator was not working during our entire stay (two nights) and the staff had no idea when it would be fixed. We attempted to change hotels but the area was booked so we were stuck.

It was close to the area where we was going

− The elevator was broken. We was scared to get on it. It would move before everyone was on and the doors was shut. We took the stairs. Parking was bad. There was utility trucks taking up majority of the parking. The breakfast bar wasn’t really breakfast just quick snacks. The man that checked us in was on his cellphone talking to someone. Didn’t explain anything to us when we checked in. The rooms outlets were loose so our chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in. The fridge was not cold. And the freezer had no space due to all the ice buildup. The bed was hard not soft like most hotel beds.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. The property will place an authorization on the credit card at 16:00 hours one day prior to arrival. If the credit card does not have funds available, the reservation will be canceled no later than 18:00 hours on the day of arrival.

Our complimentary shuttle runs to destinations like Branch Avenue Metro Station, Joint Base Andrews (main gate), and the USCIS office only

Transfer operates from Monday to Friday from 7am to 12am and from 4pm to 9pm
