Horrible. Will never stay here again.
1.0Location was good. It was close to everything.
− Room was dirty and had a terrible smell. Upon further inspection there were ants crawling all over the desk and curtains, which got on our belongings. Add to that, the elevator was not working during our entire stay (two nights) and the staff had no idea when it would be fixed. We attempted to change hotels but the area was booked so we were stuck.
I won’t be staying here again.
3.0It was close to the area where we was going
− The elevator was broken. We was scared to get on it. It would move before everyone was on and the doors was shut. We took the stairs. Parking was bad. There was utility trucks taking up majority of the parking. The breakfast bar wasn’t really breakfast just quick snacks. The man that checked us in was on his cellphone talking to someone. Didn’t explain anything to us when we checked in. The rooms outlets were loose so our chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in. The fridge was not cold. And the freezer had no space due to all the ice buildup. The bed was hard not soft like most hotel beds.
