5.0− Moquette mérite d'être lavée, on avait les pieds noirs. Climatisation pas réglable dans la chambre car réglée pour l'étage entier (le staff a pu baisser la clim)

7.0Situation idéale pour visiter Montréal. Proche station métro. Parking public en face de l hôtel. Personnel accueillant et disponible, plein de bons conseils communiqués à l arrivée pour visiter la ville.
− Salle de petit déjeuner beaucoup trop petite (3 tables de 4) pour tout l hôtel. Impossible d avoir une place aux heures habituelles de petit déjeuner.

7.0O sistema de café da manhã é um dos diferenciais do Hotel. O acesso permitido aos hóspedes aos sucos, água, café, chá e chocolate é o ponto alto do hotel.
− O serviço de limpeza não foi muito bom. Durante a nossa estadia não houve nenhuma limpeza no quarto. Esse foi o único ponto fraco do hotel na nossa experiência.
