4.0Deanna the front desk staff in the evening was very rude amd unprofessional. She kicked us out of the atrium before quiet time. We had a dinner for the men that had been staying in the hotel for a second week amd cake for a young man that turned three and our grandchild who turned 10. She stated we were breaking the rules. Which were not shared with us. Not a family friendly hotel.
