10.019–23 Ekim tarihleri arasında İstanbul seyahatimiz boyunca Legacy Ottoman Hotel’de konakladık ve genel olarak son derece memnun kaldık. Otelin konumu, kahvaltısı, ulaşım kolaylığı ve çalışanların misafirperverliğiyle beklentilerimizi karşılayan, hatta birçok açıdan beklentilerimizin üzerine çıkan bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Öncelikle otelin konumu gerçekten mükemmel. İstanbul’u gezmek, tarihi ve turistik yerleri ziyaret etmek, şehri keşfetmek isteyenler için oldukça avantajlı bir noktada bulunuyor. Ulaşım açısından büyük kolaylık sağlıyor ve gün içerisinde farklı yerlere gidip gelmeyi çok daha rahat hâle getiriyor. Seyahatimiz boyunca konumun sağladığı avantajı fazlasıyla hissettik. Özellikle İstanbul gibi yoğun ve hareketli bir şehirde, merkezi bir konumda konaklamak tatilin kalitesini doğrudan etkiliyor. Kahvaltı konusunda da oldukça memnun kaldık. Çeşitliliği ve genel kalitesiyle güne güzel bir başlangıç yapmamızı sağladı. Konaklama süresince kahvaltının keyifli ve tatmin edici olması bizim için önemli bir artıydı. Otelin konumu ve kahvaltısının yanı sıra ulaşım kolaylığının da bu kadar iyi olması, seyahatimizi çok daha konforlu hâle getirdi. Ancak özellikle belirtmek istediğim bir konu var: Otel çalışanlarının ilgisi ve misafir memnuniyetine verdikleri önem. Bu noktada Emir Bey’e ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Kendisi son derece ilgili, nazik ve çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım sergiledi. İhtiyaçlarımızı anlaması, sorularımıza yardımcı olması ve karşılaştığımız konularda çözüm üretmeye yönelik tutumu gerçekten takdire değerdi. Bir otelde konum ve fiziksel imkânlar elbette önemlidir; ancak misafire kendisini değerli hissettiren, ihtiyaç duyduğunda yanında olan çalışanlar da en az bunlar kadar önemlidir. Emir Bey’in yaklaşımı konaklama deneyimimize olumlu anlamda önemli bir katkı sağladı. Genel olarak otelin atmosferinden, sunduğu imkânlardan ve hizmet anlayışından memnun kaldık.
