10.0Lovely bed & breakfast. Perfect location for very short walk to the beach. Rooms are beautiful, very clean and ceiling fans are fabulous touch, it was very hot and humid during our visit so fans were perfect!

Great location and helpful staff
10.0We stayed one night here recently as part of a wider California road trip. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgable of the local area. They were able to provide us with recommendations on wine tasting rooms and restaurants in the local area. There is ample parking at the hotel and it is conveniently located about a 5 minute walk from the Santa Barbara landing, so easy to catch boats for whale watching etc. Breakfast was average.
Great Location
8.0Cute Bed and Breakfast in a great location! You can walk to the beach and many restaurants on State St. The room was very clean but the noise in our ground level room was not good. We could hear everything in the room above us….the noise kept us awake for most of the night :(. I would definitely recommend staying on an upper floor!

10.05...and we will be back! Special thanks to Peter for calling us to upgrade to the San Nicolas casita. His proactive phone call made our visit ideal!
