− Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern ist schrecklich: Bläst immer schrecklich stark und laut, kaum zu regulieren!!!! Das Hotel ist auf indische Mega-Hochzeiten spezialisiert, da kann es schon lauter werden! Die Hochzeiten sind aber ein beeindruckendes Spektakel!

10.0I’ve been here for family trip with grandma (5 people, 3 rooms) for 4 nights. Most of the staff are nice and very helpful. Especially the following staff; 1) Khun Nahm (reservation & check-in), who helped us with the room arrangements as our requests, and warm welcome greetings with big smile during checking in. 2) Khun Lynn (The Deck), she’s very nice and helpful during the breakfast. Although it’s quite busy and crowded as there were 2 groups joined at the same time, but she still can manage efficiently. They are highly service-minded. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and will certainly return.
