10.0Location is convenient for downtown access. Room was clean with very comfortable bed and AC/climate control. Downstairs restaurant and bar is unique with good energy after dark. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The bartender was rude. He judged me from the second I sat down!
6.0Booking.Com double booked me. I was told at the reception area that I needed to take it up with the 3rd party. That was incorrect. The 3rd party told me to take it up with The Westin. The Westin seems to have blown it off.
− They could have upgraded my room if they weren’t going to change the booking.
Mediocre at best.

− My 3rd party booked me twice, and management wouldn’t take away the second booking. It would have been fine if they had upgraded my room, but they didn’t. The bartender treated me like a second class citizen because I wasn’t dressed to his liking!
