4.0Location good. Grounds pretty
− For a deluxe, expensive (over $500/night) room, the room was small and very outdated/worm! It had an old non-smart TV. This was a Best Western room at best. Terrible bathroom & tiny patio overlooking the parking! Towels were like sandpaper!! There are MANY better hotels in Palm Springs that are much cheaper. Big disappointment.

9.0We (my wife and I went during the middle of the week for 3 nights. Not crowded at all. We Spent 80 % of our time under an umbrella and in the pool. All was clean, and the service was great. Highly recommend and not to be snooty, we did enjoy the 21 and over crowd-no kids allowed!!
Very disappointed and annoyed, I was on the phone with Booking.com and through email to try to get someone to assist me
4.0Staff was friendly and nice.
− I didn’t like that I was not given the room I had booked through Booking.com. I was told at the point of checking in by management at the hotel that the room described on my confirmation did not apply to my reservation. I paid for a room that I didn’t get. Very upset about that and have not gotten a response that this has been escalated to the proper channels with Booking.com., for a response of a refund.

9.0− The balcony that I paid extra for overlooked a back parking lot which was not clear from the photos - I would not have paid extra for this had I known this.
