2.0Rude front desk service from REMI, unbeknownst to me she put me &my 60yld mother on a DO NOT RENT LIST... That way our 205$+deposit we proceeded to book for an additional night would be charged for a room we weren't even going to be able to stay in! WHY? smoking on their property even though they have megalithic ash trays that say "cigarettes here"???!!!!

6.0Carpet not too clean and box spring not covered. Woken in night to car alarm, noisy guests. Area a bit sketchy.
