Second year staying here and it was great!
8.0Walking ability, clean rooms..didn’t comprehend the off of ear plugs until they were needed. Staff was amazing! Stayed in 2025 and chose this hotel again on 2026..
− Noise from the upstairs..every footstep was heard
Disappointing
4.0I liked the location. I like that the staff was amenable to changing rooms because the first one smelled so terribly of chemicals.
− I did not like the chemicals. Our first room was also directly across from the pool and it was incredibly noisy. The towels are small the pillows are not very good. We couldn't get water although they did have ice. The parking lot was too small and was a terrible problem at 10:30 at night. It was quite noisy but I know they can't help that. All in all it was not worth the money and I would not recommend staying there.
