2.0No heating or hot water ambulance there every day police outside every day the hotel is terrible cleanless is shocking dust and dirty the place is full of so called refugees not a place for children at all wouldnt stay here again the hotel is falling apart stay away !!!

10.0We were originally booked into lord nelson but could not honor our booking which i was glad about after seeing the state of it, we were given liner as a result of this which was absolutely gorgeous ,lovely staff and lovely hotel, only downside not enough lighting in room

2.0The hotel was not as advertised. The staff and breakfast was good but it does not look like the picture. Very run down.
Staff very friendly, but room not clean
6.0The staff couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful, but I really wish the floor had been hoovered in my room - there were crumbs/other unidentifiable bits of dirt on the carpet; also, the throw on the bed had stains, and the mattress was uncomfortable. Still, it was very cheap and close to the station.

2.0Room was unclean, black mould on wall and curtains, large cracks on several of walls, blood stain on light switch plus in bathroom, cracked sink, dirty shower. Guests above woke me up at midnight, drunken singing, shouting, singing, dropping things, playing music and shouting all the way until i left at 6.15am. I have photos to submit.
