10.0"Minha estadia foi simplesmente espetacular! O hotel tem uma localização super central, o que facilitou muito nossos passeios. O quarto era lindo e muito confortável. Além disso, a vista é deslumbrante e o restaurante do hotel é maravilhoso. Por fim, preciso destacar que os funcionários foram 'top' — atendimento impecável do início ao fim. Recomendo muito!"

6.0The humble breakfast. Selection of fruits is poor. Hotel claimed 5 stars level, but with an exemption of price (overpriced) and room itself, everything else should be ranked between 3-4 stars.

7.0Location was excellent. Property was very welcoming. Front desk staff was terrific.
− Staff was uneven. Some of the staff was warm and very helpful. Other of the staff was surly at best, especially at breakfast. Rooms on second floor (really third) were just ok. Windows looking out at what could have been a wonderful view were useless. Either too high on main floor or too low in loft. Disappointed.
