La gente que atiende en el desayuno

− Muchos adolescentes e incluso menores sin control y sin respeto por nada ni nadie.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!!!! Me and my children came to stay at Ona Don Juan and on arrival was greeted by intoxicated teenagers and the glass panel of the premises was smashed and litter everywhere. I went into the premises where I was not greeted by the male receptionist. I kindly asked him to check me and my children in, in which he said “ I don’t take on line bookings leave”. I thought at this point he must of misunderstood me so I got my booking reference out and explained I had booked with on the beach and to use the booking reference. He dismissed me and would not even look at the booking reference on my phone and repeated “I do not take on line bookings leave”. At this point I was scared, worried and upset. I asked the security guard if he could help and his response was a shrug of his shoulders. With little battery on my phone I rang my partner back in England to explain and he tried to talk to the male receptionist in which he completely refused to talk to him. We used the toilet as we had been traveling all day and arrived at the hotel 03:30am in which the security guard escorted us of the premises in which we had paid to stay for our holiday. I could not believe what was happening. Me and my children were walk g around the streets with our luggage at 03:30am worried, scared, shocked, embarrassed and exhausted. My partner contacted on the beach help as my battery was dying on my phone. Luckily a nearby hotel let me charge my phone and let us sit in the lobby while we formulated a plan. On the beach representatives rang me and tried to ring Ona Don Juan in which there was no answer. They then tried to find us a room at a local b and b in which they were unsuccessful. The lady’s response to this was then “you’ll have to try and find alternative accommodation and pay out of your pocket and we’ll refund you keep the receipt”. Luckily the hotel passed on a message to the manager that was due to arrive at 09:00 am, we were aloud to sit in the lobby until he arrived and luckily he gave us a room to take us to the end of our holiday. The whole experience has been traumatic and upsetting. Please do not book with Ona Don Juan! If it wasn’t for the lovely manager at the hotel that me and my children seeked help at I honestly do not know what we would have done.

Lo único bueno de este sitio, es la ubicación

− Hemos hecho checking a las 22:00 y al llegar me notifican que no tenían internet al momento, cosa que entendí. Mostré la reserva que había hecho, mi correo de confirmación y todo lo que facilitara para hacer la entrada al hotel. Subimos, dejamos maletas y me fui con mi familia a cenar a los alrededores. Regresamos sobre la 1:00 am y la sorpresa del pastel es que no había aire acondicionado en la habitación, era un completo horno. Baja mi madre a recepción y trae como respuesta que hubo un apagón a las 18:00 de la tarde y que no iban los aires acondicionados, cosa de la que me hubiese encantado enterarme (así como se me hizo saber en recepción que no había internet) porque entre las 18:00 h y 22:00 h hubo bastante tiempo de sobra para saber que no disponían de este servicio correctamente. He bajado yo para aclarar la situación con el personal que estaba en ese momento, y este hombre que agradezco tantísimo que dentro de sus pocas posibilidades junto al otro señor, yendo un poco habitación por habitación pudieron asignarme una nueva habitación en otra ala donde si funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Porque IMPOSIBLE DORMIR con mi madre y mi hija dentro de ese horno. Ahora eso si. Estos dos señores han hecho malabares para conseguir otra habitación que darme, porque solo eran dos personas para no se cuantas que se hospedaban en el hotel! Barbaridad de jóvenes con malos modales, escandalosos y ebrios. (Para resumir las dos noches) Nada que ver con las experiencias que anteriormente hemos tenido en el hotel Samba y Guitart Park, me arrepiento tantísimo de cambiar solo por probar algo diferente. Porque pésima experiencia

O único ponto bom do hotel é a localização

− LEIAM FAMÍLIAS. 🛑⛔️. Não gostei de nada no hotel. Começar pela administração que nada fez quando foi exposto os problemas, dizem "nada podemos fazer". Duas noites sem dormir por pessoas estranhas no hotel que gritavam e batiam na porta, fomos a recepção e disseram que nada podiam fazer "pois não há controle quem entra no hotel e podem ser ate pessoas da rua", total.inseguranca de um hotel avaliado a 4 estrelas. Comida muito mal e insuficientepara todos hóspedes, local das refeições péssimo, divisão das bancadas mal, há momentos que não havia talheres, copos, temperos , mesas sujas sem funcionario para limpar em tempo ágil, temos de esperar e são ignorantes ao justificar ou dizem "não hão que fazer". Serviço de quarto e locais dos quartos nada familiar ou restrito, sem segurança ao acesso. Áreas piscina e outros, muito ruim, tb pouco seguro e de fácil acesso para qualquer pessoa que venha da rua pode entrar. Quarto , nas camas via sé formigas pequenas nos lençóis, mesmo após serviço da limpeza. Ar condicionado com som de ligado, mas sem funcionamento. Internet Wi-Fi insuficiente para os hóspedes, e local difícil para usar dados móveis, apenas nos quartos os dados funcionam, nas áreas como piscina e refeições (onde é mais importante), não ha rede . Paredes do quarto e toalete mal.conservacao, horrível
