− Accueil très froid par la dame présente l’après midi, nous avons aussi retrouvé en dessous du lavabo, derrière un tuyau un caleçon sale ne datant pas d’hier….
très bien pour une nuit.

1.0Boeking bleek bij aankomst gecancelled door hotel.
− Geboekt met creditcard en geaccepteerd door Booking en het hotel. Gevraagd of we tussen 20 uur en 21 uur in konden checken. Direct antwoord; geen enkel probleem. Bij aankomst bleek onze boeking in eerste instantie niet bekend. In tweede instantie wel, maar mijn creditcard werd niet belast en bovendien waren alle kamers vol geboekt. Geen enkele vorm van begrip en geen enkele vorm van meedenken. Booking! O nee, geen booking!

− ontbijt was heel basic, eigenlijke beter een1 euro meer maar toch iets uitgebreider. De prijzen voor ontbijt gaan niet omhoog maar het wordt heel sober, koffie was niet lekker
