4.0We chose the Fenix Beach apartments from your web sight as your information inferred that the Hotel and Apartments shared the same facilities. That was very difficult as the Hotel was shut and the pool surround was being repainted and also there was no lifeguard for most of the week!! Also the Apartments did not have our booking!!!! They had to make contact with you after we arrived and had to wait wondering we had anywhere to stay!! I feel that my party over paid considering there was no food, no pool bar, no pool, in fact no facilities other than the rooms!! We will not be using you again!!!!!!!
