Clean, friendly, but the pool area lacked.
7.0The location was great, it was clean and the staff were all so nice!!!
− On the pictures when booking the hotel it showed a much nicer pool area, with a hot tub and lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas.. it in fact does not have a hot tub and the furniture outside was worn down and junky… we picked this hotel based off the pool area for our son and it wasn’t what it showed.
The pool furniture and outdoor area is pathetic
6.0Room was great. Staff was pleasant. Pool was clean. However, the cabanas were frayed with broken metal and jagged pieces. Their were only 2 umbrellas. One was broken as was the base. The other was all rusted inside. The employees smoke inside the gazebo and there is a 12-14 " pile of butts on the ground. Marriott really should do better.

10.0I am a very long-time customer of Mariott properties for both business and personal travel. While visiting family, I stayed at this property Sunday and Monday, 08 and 09 March. This Marriott property was one of the best that I have stayed at in many, many years of travel. It was bright, clean and well kept. To a person, the staff was friendly, helpful, professional and just a pleasure to work with as it was clear that they were there to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The manager was very engaged and visible to the guests. I have family in the area and when I go back, this will be my first stop. Well done.

10.0Thoroughly enjoyed our two nights there. Accommodations, especially the bed, were perfect. It was, however, their wonderful staff that made the visit! From the about to deliver any day gal who checked us in (apologies for not asking your name) to Veronica who handled the bar in the evening were outstanding! Pamela at the front desk, Tina and Dexter at the Bistro in the morning were such delights and excelled at providing great customer service. No matter what their roles, the staff was accommodating, smiling and ever present. Location was perfect.
