2.0Came in from Missouri and got stuck in traffic due to a fatality wreck. Tried to call to let them know we would be late, no answer. Arrived at 9:30pm and the same number was posted for after hours service. Called over and over again, no answer. We had to call further down the road and find vacancies in Broken Bow. If you think you will be late, DO NOT reserve a room here. Now to see if they try and charge me for stranding us in the middle of the night.

8.0Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Good location and great price point. We will stay again… and again. Only complaint really is very tight parking.
