− The room we stayed in, needs some major TLC!! There are reddish stains on carpet and spots on the ceiling. The furniture looked beat up. The bathroom tub needed a good scrubbing! Usually I have no complaints about this place,but this room just wasn't good .

The stay was fine. I was comfortable. They should upgrade some of the rooms.
6.0I like the location. The team was friendly. It took only a few short minutes for me to check in and out of the facility.
− There was a large stain on the carpet that resembled blood. There was rust all in the tub.
Unacceptable property
2.0The hotel is in disrepair and issues are obviously not being dealt with. Upon driving up to the hotel the area felt blighted and unkept. The landscaping was full of weeds. When we entered our room we immediately noticed a strange, overbearing air-freshener odor. Within a few minutes it was obvious that there was an attempt to mask extreme mildew and mold odors. The condition of the furniture was abysmal. The controls for the air conditioning unit were unreadable. We discovered that the side entrance door was not locked and did not even latch. There was evidence of mold on the hallway ceilings. We paid points + $170 for a miserable night’s stay. It’s shocking that Choice Hotels is not more attentive to their brand of hotels. We have always been Rewards Members but after this experience will not be choosing Choice Hotels in the future.
