7.0− We are from Philly. We came down with the dog to see 7 houses in 1 day. They would not let us check in until after 3pm which made us have to take our dog and our luggage with us to see the houses. Ridiculous!!! They could have been nicer and found a way, but front desk just dismissed us immediately. I will be at the Marriott next time.

− Loud conversation in parking lot right outside my window from 12:40 to 3:30…. It went from loud talking, to loud laughing, to loud fussing, As though a party was going on

This place is a mess. They offer things that don’t exist, are not up front about fees, there is a breakfast but that’s a
3.0Honestly there was nothing about this property that makes me want to return or recommend it.
− Booking.com listed amenities that did not exist. I paid for a jetted tub knowing I would be walking a lot only to find that the property no longer has them. Also booking.com says the property has parking. Which they do- for $8 a day. Why this dump is charging for parking when they have ample space and you’re not near anything so it’s not as if parking is at a premium. There was a semi truck parked over many many spaces on the side of the building under our window the first night they have so much parking. Also the AC units made noise so loudly that it woke me up and the elevators sounded like they were on their last legs and rattled violently.
It was okay, could have been better. I always stay at Hilton Garden Inn and this was the first time I experienced this.
5.0Location next to the interstate and it was close to downtown to see the fireworks
− They didn’t cleaned the rooms while we were here for 3 days, we had to ask for clean towels every night and there was a smell in the bathroom that smelled like mildew. It may have been the shower curtain, but we couldn’t determine the source. The garbage by the escalator stayed full, so we had to keep the trash in our rooms.
