Excellent because of the staff that is in employment
7.0Buffet breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful. I requested for Pakistani chai and i was served. The tea was lovely. Even for buffet dinner the staff was very kind and attentive.
− The young generation lacks in customer profiling and do not have the elder staff of customer service.

− I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Munahil for her outstanding hospitality. Her dealing with guests was excellent—she was polite, attentive, and made sure all my needs were taken care of promptly. Her warm and professional attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Ms. Munahil, and the entire hotel team for providing such excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.
