10.0This hotel is simply amazing. It has an intimate, boutique-hotel feel, with such a unique and distinctive design. Everything is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff are absolutely wonderful — so kind, attentive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail is taken care of. The rooms are beautifully designed, warm, and inviting. The bathroom is huge and luxurious, and even the scent throughout the room is pleasant and unique. You can really feel that every little detail has been carefully thought through. The location is fantastic and very central, yet it’s not right in the middle of all the noise. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square, and the wonderful Regent Street, and about a 10-minute walk from Covent Garden. There are cafés, public transportation, and everything you could need within easy reach, making it incredibly convenient. The experience doesn’t feel like staying in a huge, impersonal luxury hotel. Instead, it feels like a truly unique boutique hotel — almost warm and family-like. We enjoyed every single moment of our stay and would absolutely love to come back.

10.0The location of the Haymarket cannot be beat. It is quiet but also near so many museums, shops and theatre. The staff is solicitous without being intrusive. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with all amenities one could need.
