9.0Very comfortable and cozy, the house is on a bluff overlooking the San Juan River. Diana and David are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was amazing and David is a wealth of information on the area.
− The driveway is a bit hard to locate (don't listen to sirri go through the firestation parking lot)

8.0Quaint. Unique. One-of-a-kind. I would highly recommend for those who want something other than the same old hotel room. It felt special.
− All was all wonderful except we weren't served a proper breakfast. The two of us were given a delicious home-made single-serving baked thing made with lots of eggs and fruit on top. Yummy. But only one! And nothing else! Why? The owner said we came in late and they weren't expecting us. They could have offered a bowl of corn flakes or a piece of toast!

Fantastic place of respite in a remote part of the world.
10.0Being next to the San Juan River was delightful - great bird habitat. Place was rustic and cozy! Breakfast was delicious. Coffee could be stronger.
