− No había nada para atender la recepción, no limpiaron nunca el departamento todo un proceso para obtener la llave del check in. Me hicieron pagar por un sofá cama 100€ más y solo era un sofá.

− The self checkin machine. No clear instructions Had to checkin at Hyatt next door which was fine, but staff did not know anything. Need to post much clearer instructions Several guests were struggling with check in.
