Very disappointed. Even the previous reviews said that the hotel needs upgrades but I didn’t expect it to be so bad.

7.0It was quiet and well managed. Friendly. Feeling of being safe. Facilities very clean.
− The toilet smells in the public areas was quite pungent. I stayed on level 3 and every time getting out the lifts there was an overwhelming bad toilet odour everyday. The spa was kind of hidden with minimal signs directing where to go.
Relaxing time in Sanur.

− I requested interconnecting rooms on booking the property and this didn’t occur. We needed to move rooms halfway during our stay. Bath Towels are old and discolored, rooms needs refreshing.
Great location, friendly staff and a good beachside hotel.
8.0Hotel was very close to the beach and in a good part of Sanur. Staff were very courteous. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
− The standard room decor is getting old and dated. It needs to be refreshed. The price of drinks outside of happy hour is expensive compared to other nearby establishments.
