Balkon u Blick

− Das Leintuch war verschmutzt und ekelig fleckig, der Boden nicht gesaugt, Hundehaare…. Es schien als ob kein Zimmerservice nach dem Vorgänger stattgefunden hätte. Die Bitte nach Reinigung am nächsten Morgen wurde an der Rezeption wie folgt beantwortet: ich war gestern und da und konnte nicht kontrollieren wie das Zimmer aussah. Sie müssen die Reinigung selbst bezahlen… eine Haltung zum Schämen!

Barely passable if it's not hot outside

The rooms are located in a nice location next to the lake. The restaurant for breakfast looked nice. The room had a cute balcony with a lake view. Those are honestly all the nice things about it, also there was a fridge, the shower works as it should. Spacious parking next to the location for free.

− We stayed during the heatwave, there weren't many options to choose from for our dates so we decided to risk it and hoped it will be not as hot next to the forest and a lake. This was a big mistake since we got the room on the top floor, it was unbearable to be inside, we had to open all the windows during the night but there is no net on any of the windows (and of course no AC)... which is quite questionable, especially next to the river and forest. There was also no soaps, no dishwashing supplies, nothing that you could clean things with. The furniture is very outdated, the bathroom is a bit smelly. I was glad to be only spending the nights there, since I'm not sure it would be bearable during the day in this heat. Check-in and check-out process is really weird, the reception works for maybe 3 hours and then you are on your own, but we found the key quite easily and didn't have any issue with it. The vibe of the place is basically 80's vacation house. But in our situation it was still worth the money, I just wouldn't recommend staying there during the heatwaves and the hotel really should equip the rooms with shower/sink soaps and kitchen cleaning supplies if they provide you with kitchen. And the renovation is really needed. Passable if there is no other option.

Wir waren schon öfter dort und planen auch wieder zu kommen.

Die ruhige Lage und der eigene Eingang. Tolle Hundezone.

− Ältere Anlage, stört aber nicht wenn man die Seele baumeln lassen will.

Friendly staff. Many sports activities to choose from. Food and drinks were well prepared and sufficient. There is separate zone for dogs.

− The toilet was a bit smelly. Check-in time is too late and check-out time is too early. A bit too warm in the room in summer but would have been nice if there were screens on windows and doors to keep them open to let the fresh air in.
