− When we arrived the wifi didn’t work and the room was a dungeon. After 3 days of complaining about it, they moved our rooms. In the next room the dishes were dirty, there was glass on the carpet and the staff were rude. Our 2nd bathroom stunk out the entire apartment of sewerage the entire week and a half we were in it. We couldn’t use it. They sent a maintenance kid up who sprayed something in the drains, smell came back 10 mins later. The pool isn’t heated and the spa wasn’t working for 3 days. Terrible value for money, it is so overpriced for what it is. Would never stay here again.

10.0Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war unser Aufenthalt rundum perfekt. Das Hotel besitzt zwar einen gewissen, charmanten Altbau-Charakter, lässt jedoch keinerlei Wünsche offen. Unser Zimmer (1408) war ideal für uns – insbesondere der großzügige Balkon mit direktem Blick auf das Meer hat uns begeistert. Ein besonderes Lob gilt dem gesamten Team: Die Begrüßung war außerordentlich herzlich und der Service durchgehend von hoher Freundlichkeit geprägt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Drift Palm Cove has a strict non-smoking policy.
Concrete works will begin in the first week of March 2026 and will go on for 12-15 weeks (weather dependent). This will involve scaffolding and the temporary closure of some balconies in line with Work Health and Safety requirements. Work will start each day from 7:30 am.
