10.0The room was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would to back.
− I wish breakfast was included, but the food was very good. I booked a double queen room, but was upgraded to a king suite. Normally that would have been great, but my mother and I would have preferred 2 beds. They meant well.
I stayed there because my daughter was a patient at Albany Medical Center.
8.0− You claimed to have coffee in common areas but I could not find it.
Perfect location to Albany Med for our sons early appointment.

8.0Stayed at this hotel for a sports tournament that was nearby. I found the hotel to be clean and the staff to be friendly. I found it a little odd to check in on the second floor, but otherwise an enjoyable experience. Plenty of food options within walking distance. Parking was close by and there was security on site. The room was on the small side, but clean. Bathrooms were small with an odd entrance ways. But it was workable. Overall a pleasant experience. I would stay there again.
