7.0Kelowna is prachtig. De ontbijtruimte werd continue schoongemaakt en bijgevuld. De kamers waren groot en werden netjes gehouden. Handdoeken verwisseld indien nodig. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
− De ruimte waar je ontbijt is niet zo groot voor de hoeveelheid mensen.
For an advertised Marriot Hotel I would say it’s not up to standards.
3.0Breakfast was mediocre, would rather pay for a good breakfast.
− That the front desk didn’t inform me that the room they switched me to was a pet friendly room and it smelled of wet dog. I asked to be switched back to my reservation room.
Decent Accommodation
8.0Breakfast was good and room was exceptionally quiet.
− The room wasnt cleaned for a couple days out of our trip. Would have been nice to have the garbage emptied.

6.0Beds were comfy, staff was polite, accommodating to request for early check in and adjoining rooms. We were offered a room change when our shower didn't work. Shower and I've machine was fixed the next day
− We booked because of the slide for my son and there was no indication on booking that there was a height requirement. He was too short to ride so was massively disappointed. The dirt and dust from the beautification could have been mentioned during booking. Our shower didn't work and ice machine but were informed much later that there wasn't any maintenance staff on site to fix any issues.
On both mornings, my family had no table and chairs available for breakfast!
