4.0Everything was ok except the sofa. As a sofa the cushions sunk into the frame when you sat down. As a sofa bed it was awful. As soon as it was open you could see how thin and sagging the mattress was. It was nearly impossible to sleep in. The desk clerk admitted they were due to be replaced but quality sleep is important before a busy family vacation day.

2.0This hotel has bed bugs. Don't stay here, and especially not in room 321. I went to bed with no bites on my body, woke up took off my pajamas and covered literally in bed bug bites. PAINFUL, AND VERY ITCHY. I DON'T THINK I WILL WANT TO EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. NO THANK YOU.

6.0Nice helpful staff but very bad location without private car as no taxi service and hard to walk anywhere but parking lot. Fish Tacos and Italian across the parking lot are good.

6.0The staff was friendly , the hotel was clean and it was perfectly situated by the stadium. The mattress in our room was too big and hung over the base. We had to change rooms. The entry way and pool area smelled of smoke and cigar smoke. It was excessive and overpowering. It didn’t seem that the staff implemented the no smoking rules as several people were smoking by the pool at all hours of the day.

6.0The couch in 318 looked like it collapsed in the middle. I did not dare to sit on it for the entire stay.
