10.0Although some staff struggled to communicate in English properly ,their eager to support was amazing. I remember when i was not able to get a quick Tax to the airport Kylie and her colleague from the reception supported me promptly although it was raining .
− They should have more food varieties on International Cuisines
Very nice hotel, great staff, convenient location
10.0I booked one night for my elderly parents who were in Wuhan by themselves for personal paperwork. The staff were very friendly and attentive. A manager guided my parents to their room and carefully explained the services. The facilities were very modern and comfy. The included Genius breakfast was excellent and had a great variety of items. We were very happy with the experience and grateful to the staff for their attention. I highly recommend this hotel.
