− The restaurant staff were extremely rude. They need a lot of training in customer service. They made the entire stay a miserable one.

Loved that this is in a quiet area just a 3 minute walk along the sand to the "beach scene" and restaurants. The staff was great! The restaurant was really good and we had many meals here in addition to breakfast. The breakfast is a good portion and different everyday. There is also fruit and pastries to eat. The pace here is magical! A Divers and Snorkelers dream! Internet was great. Our balcony was really nice and had a hammock and 2 chairs. Beds were comfy and it was quiet at night. Highly recommend and we plan to return each year.

Just returned from my third trip to Roatan and my first stay with Las Rocas and I will definition stay with Las Rocas again!! We were picked up on time by a very friendly driver, Omar, and relaxed on the drive to Las Rocas. Check in was quick and easy and we were given a short tour of the property. We stayed in a standard plus room/ cabana and it was perfect for 2 people. Clean and comfortable. The restaurant was great, food was delicious! Especially the mango lobster, grouper and the lobster burrito! We had breakfast every morning and most days lunch or dinner there a week. All of the employees were so amazing! Friendly, helpful, polite. Especially Marylyn and Elio (please forgive any errors in spelling). The dive shop was great, I dove with them last year while staying next door. G is a wonderful dive master and does an incredible job of finding all the cool things to see, seahorses, eagle rays, turtles for days, mantis shrimp. Jen does a great job of scheduling everything and accommodating guests needs and requests. Otto and Orlando are great captains and lots of fun! Usually the dive groups are smaller, 6-8 people, sometimes there are 2 groups on the boat, each with a different dm, but overall well organized. We were there to celebrate a birthday and Dilcea in housekeeping decorated the room and was able to order a cake for me and helped keep everything a surprise for my friend. She really went above and beyond. Las Rocas has a great location, just above the main part of West Bay Beach but close enough to walk to everything on West Bay. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was a really great value for the money. Can't wait to go back!

Nos gustó la tranquilidad, el Ambiente favorable, la amabilidad de los empleados la habitación limpia y ordenada, el desayuno delicioso y más que suficiente. Lo recomiendo para unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajadas. Muchas gracias por todo ❤️ estamos más que satisfechas de habernos quedado con ustedes. Mi hermana y yo realmente la pasamos muy bien.

This place was delightful and quaint. We loved it!! The staff were so kind and attentive! Loved the overall atmosphere, and the restaurant food was delicious! The boat dock was super convenient for diving and water taxis.

Emplacement, propriété… personnel, le complexe est petit et intime…. Seul bémol j’aurais voulu faire de la plongée bouteille mais aucun des employés de l’hôtel parle français même juste un peu…. Ce serait bien pour le service à la clientèle….
