10.0We had booked through Booking.com. When we arrived, we were shown to a shuck-like entrance and room, which was totally not acceptable, especially due to the disability of one traveller. After some back and forth with the receptionist, she came back with a fantastic solution, supported by her GM, and we were given a beautiful suite. It was easy to access, the wheelchair was able to travel through the bathroom door, and the room was spacious. When we tried to extend the stay, the GM came and comforted us that everything was booked, and at the end, he had set out a bottle of Cave Spring and a cheese board in our room. Excellent and out of the ordinary customer service. Thank you, Christophe and team! The housekeeping was excellent, leaving the rose at lay-down time. We will be back!!!

In general, for the price I paid for a luxury hotel, it felt sterile and basic.
7.0The room was large and had a nice seating area. The bathroom had both a tub and shower. The art was wonderful.
− There were lovely lounge areas, but there was no bar or coffee station in the general areas. So what would I do in the lounges? The restaurant being across the street, meant you couldn't get a drink in the hotel before bed, or just relax in that venue. The quality of bedding could have been better.
