Rooms not cleaned at all across a four day stay.
5.0Good central location. Lockers to store luggage when leaving.
− We stayed for four days, two separate rooms on separate floors, and neither were cleaned at any point. By day 3 we had to ask for fresh towels and toilet roll, no apology or explanation. We even made sure to leave the ‘please make up the room’ on each day.
