10.0We were in India and New Delhi and Agra in 1972 . We have returned and have traveled to Chennai Trichi Madurai and Cochin and Mumbai. We arrived at the “Met” on 25Mar, 2006 on the Metro. We left to Agra and the Taj. We were here on 27Jun, 1972. We returned today at the NDLS station. The staff at the Met have been so special and friendly and helpful to us. Jiya,has been a wonderful Customer Service agent. Thank you Jiya. The Bell desk has been so nice to us. The Travel Desk has also helped us SOoo much. 10.0In the front desk they help me all the time , and help me whit my transportation and the food and the Spa was very good . Wonderful time in this hotel . And the miss Jiya she help very good all the time . She is the best . Thanks !!!

10.0Nice Hotel but not close enough to walk (unless you are a good walker) to main tourist area (Cannought Place), Rooms are nice and comfortable. I booked Club Room but there’s no access to Club Lounge. Food is average (I was expecting better quality food in Delhi) Metro station is close by but not walkable with luggage.

Mr. Ashok fourth floor did amazing job!!!
10.0Mr. Ashok from the fourth floor received us well and maintained the room well daily to our satisfaction. We stayed in room 431.
