10.0L’hôtel offre un séjour très agréable, le lieu est magnifique, calme et reposant. Mais ce qui est le plus appréciable c’est le personnel qui est très agréable et à l’écoute, d’une gentillesse sans nom. Les chambres sont confortables à souhait, très bien entretenu et propre. Concernant le petit déjeuner, il est délicieux avec beaucoup de choix.
Relaxing and charming stay at Hotel Van Cleef.
10.0We loved our stay at Hotel Van Cleef. The entry and living rooms were beautifully appointed and the bedrooms as well. Everything was taken care of and the staff was very welcoming and helpful! We will always come here when visiting Brugge. Also, the location is prime. It’s close to the center, but not too close. It’s down a quieter street that taxis can get to easily if needed.

10.0Great hotel with lovely welcoming staff and a wonderful location. We stayed in a classic room which was at the rear of the hotel. The room itself was very comfortable but the toilet and bathroom were small and not ideal. The bath was unnecessary, rather that a larger shower would have been more comfortable and by dispensing with the bath the hand basin area could have been expanded as well

10.0The hotel is amazing, we have stayed in all the hotels around there and this one is the best in terms of location and staff, it is now the only hotel we will use in that area.
