10.0Excellent location, noe interconnected to ayala one, glorietta and embedded entryway within glorietta. Excellent value for money, spacious and love the kitchen and washer dryer.
− Could be updated to usb c charge points
Exceeded our expectations. Actually had a helpers room and helpers CR. Washer and dryer

− The jacuzzi tub in the master was filthy and unusable. The jets didn't work. Could add a baking tray for the oven
Great location and friendly staff
10.0Location was great, right at Glorietta 4 entrance. Lots of shopping and food options in the many malls. Room was large. Staff were very friendly. We didn't eat at the hotel buffet as we were only there for a couple of days and wanted to eat at various restaurants.

10.0Makati is the business center of Manila. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall so food n restaurants are easily approachable. We used Grab to visit other places like SM Mall of Asia and Greenhill, therefore the location suited us. Hotel has an excellent gym. I couldnt book rooms with breakfast, not sure why, so I cant comment on breakfast options. Staff is extra cordial. Overall we loved the stay

The staff's are very accomodating from reception, F&B most especially and management.
7.0Breakfast not worth for those who's a small eater, not much choices or variety.
