6.0The breakfast was great, rooms super clean and beds were comfortable! The executive suite was spacious and comfortable for my family of 5! There was A big puddle of water right off the elevator with a wet floor sign feet away and I slipped and hurt my knee. The managers were very stoic and only concerned because it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Why not clean up the puddle instead of putting a wet floor sign feet away!!! They didn’t apologize either. When my family went back to fill out a report the puddle was still there and more water inside the elevator. Will be going to the dr in the next couple days. I’m pretty pissed because it really hindered me physically as I was there for 800$ tickets to the game which I attended but the quality wasn’t great because I was in pain and swollen.

10.0I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the lobby and room. The rooms were modern and well appointed. The included breakfast was better than most I've experienced.

8.0We were charged $30 for parking ($5 per day). This was not reflected on the reservation sheet or in the cost. We should have been notified of this before confirming the reservation. We would like a refund.
