8.0Balcony view of the lake was beautiful!
− It needs upgrading as far as a coat of paint. Especially on the balcony.
A bit disappointed in the end.
7.0Excellent location and staff
− When Michigan declared extremely hazardous air conditions, we felt the need to leave. Where the local golf course refunded our money for our missed round and Holiday Inn let us freely cancel our next stop, Mackinaw Beach and Bay would NOT refund our payment for the night we didn’t stay. That’s enough for me to not return.
Didn’t stay and probably never will again.
1.0Weren’t able to stay there because of the heavy smoke. We tried to get a voucher, for another time but told booking.com would not do that. We had a child with asthma and could not stay on the area. Very disappointed in both booking.com and the Mackinaw Beach motel.
− Because they and booking.com refused to extend a voucher for another visit when the smoke would have cleared up.

Nice place , quiet and will definitely sit here again. 💯 recommend this place if you visit Mackinaw City.
8.0I love the view from my balcony. But I was there exactly when the smoke from Canada hit Mackinaw City from July 15 through the 17. Other than that my stay was great. The room was clean, big enough for a family of four.
− Even though the view from the balcony is wonderful, the balcony itself was dirty. There was bird pup everywhere, and the chairs were dusty and dirty
