4.0− כלל המתקנים במלון ישנים ולא מתוחזקים, ארוחת הבוקר סבירה מינוס הכל חוזר על עצמו ללא שום מגוון. תחזוקת המלון טעון שיפור. המקום אינו מתאים לרמה של 3 כוכבים אפילו.

10.0המקום נקי מאוד, מסודר ונוח. הצוות אדיב ונכון לעזור תמיד, מאוד שירותיים. האוכל בארוחת הבוקר וערב ברמה טובה . . מקום שקט ונוח , חדרים מרווחים .
− המגבות קטנות ודקות מאוד , מקבלים מגבת גוף ומגבת ראש . שניהם קטנות מידי ולא מספיקות למקלחת של איש בוגר. אבל זה עיניין אישי והרגל שלנו . אין לי באמת תענות.
A nice place, good energies and very welcoming staff
9.0It was clean, the rooms where spacious, the pool was great.
− Initially we had to ask for a change of the room to one that had a walk in shower instead of a bath tub shower. We were pleased that the staff complied with our request, and we were moved the following morning to a room with a walk in shower and a great view.

10.0מלון מעולה אחד הטובים שהייתי הילדים נהנו בטירוף יש בריכה ענקית ובריכה לכדור רשת האוכל בבריכה היה בשפע ויש גם סלטים וסנדוויצ׳ים עם טונה חייבת לרשום תודה ענקית לצוות המלון, כולם ללא יוצא מן הכלל אדיבים נחמדים ויעשו הכל כדי שנהנה ואני רוצה להודות ל Ildiko המהממת על הקבלת פנים בכל יום בחדר אוכל מלון מומלץ ובהחלט נחזור An excellent hotel and definitely one of the best we have ever stayed at. The children had an amazing time. There is a huge swimming pool as well as a water polo pool, which they absolutely loved. The food by the pool was plentiful, and there were also fresh salads and tuna sandwiches available throughout the day. I would especially like to express my sincere thanks to the entire hotel staff. Every single member of the team was kind, friendly, and always willing to do everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Ildiko, who welcomed us so warmly every day in the dining room and made us feel truly at home. Highly recommended hotel, and we will definitely return.
