Not to the standard I expected from a Ritz Carlton hotel
4.0The service was good and check out fast. Location is also good.
− Being a Ritz Carton which positioned itself as high end hotel , it does not have the facilities you would be expecting in a high end hotel ( as I could see in Ritz Carton Guangzhou). In particular it lacks having a good place where to relax after a long day work as the Churchill bar in Guangzhou Ritz Carton. The internet provided is absolutely terrible, not even in a very low end hotel would be that bad.

Very kind stuff but we were made to move into an other room and this was unpleasant with 6 suit cases.

− The bathroom had a sewage smell on and off.
