1.0NOTHING. First room dark and dingy,fan leaked.changed room no better,one towel,grey,no glasses,one cup ,no sugar.plywood broken on bath panel and around sink,one loo roll.locked front door till 11am.
− Told full but no cars in front.entrance dirty and not hoovered.carpet runner terrible and could fall. Fire risk night porter asleep.made us pay fully as booked with you.owner didn’t come to see us.TERRIBLE

3.0The room was not that bad in size but there was a hole in the floor at the bottom of the bed, the shower had no adjustment and there was no remote for the TV The pillows were way to small.

3.0Had decent air con and parking and staff at check in were polite and resolved a booking issue. Drive up to hotel is grand. Priced much cheaper than other local hotels.
− The whole place is in a state/bad condition and dirty. My room had a broken toilet seat, a shower hanging on the wall by a thread, damp/mold and broken tiles in the bathroom, and the bathroom cupboard had an old moldy toilet roll in it! Clearly they do not check all the cupboard and drawers. There was no kettle or hair dryer, but there were milk sachets and tea bags indicating three should have been a kettle - although the milk sachets were dated 2025! Place has so much potential as the building has real character and the drive up to it is grand and impressive, but upkeep inside is terrible and the place is realistically a dump. Such a shame!
