− Some parts are a bit outdated, but many parts are renovated and look trendy. The vendors at the beach are friendly, but sometimes a bit too much.

6.0Nous avons adoré le cadre de l’hôtel. La plage est magnifique, avec son sable blanc, son eau turquoise et l’accès direct depuis le resort. La vue sur la mer était tout simplement exceptionnelle et a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous souhaitons également remercier plusieurs membres du personnel qui ont rendu notre expérience mémorable. Un immense merci à Alice, au restaurant de la plage, pour son service irréprochable : toujours souriante, naturelle, attentionnée et aux petits soins. Un grand merci également à Anderson, au bar, qui s’est vraiment investi pour nous offrir un service impeccable. Enfin, Esther, à la réception, a été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour, avec un grand professionnalisme et beaucoup de gentillesse.
− Le principal point d’amélioration concerne la propreté de la chambre. Pour un établissement cinq étoiles, nous nous attendions à un niveau de finition plus élevé. Il restait de la poussière dans certains endroits, notamment entre les meubles, et le pommeau de douche était mal fixé. La chambre mériterait davantage d’attention au niveau du nettoyage et de l’entretien. Nous avons également trouvé que le service pouvait parfois être un peu lent, selon les moments et les membres de l’équipe.
