I loved our stay and did not want to leave. Just correct the information on Booking.

Great breakfast and pool area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely suite in the Villa de Este building.

− Booked this because it says adults only. No children allowed on the Booking.com listing however this is not true and needs to be changed. There were children in the pool playing ball games and jumping in from the sides. Only spoken to on our 3rd day after a complaint. Also says no pets. There was a dog in the pool on one occasion! Then wet sitting on sun lounge cushions. Yuck!!

When booking 10 or more rooms, please note the following conditions apply : full upfront prepayment, non-amendable and also nonrefundable in case of cancelation.

Please note that guests must be at least 16 years of age in order to be allowed to access and use all the SPA facilities. All Spa services including the Thalassotherapy circuit require a booking with advance (the Spa team must be contacted to do so). The Thalassotherapy circuit includes use of the treatment pool, turkish bath and sauna and costs 20€ per person, per access. The hotel does not have an indoor swimming pool.

The Spa is open daily, however on festive dates and bank holidays the opening times might be limited or the facilities might even be closed. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.
